Somewhere off panel, there is a cow crying because Max only JUST ripped that steak off of it.
My predictions for this arc, as I said to Flea earlier:
1. Max is angsty because he lost – CALLED IT
2. Max trains
3. Max faces Gavin again
4. Max shocks Gavin because he has learned to punch hacks IN THEIR HACK-FACES.

ThirtyThreeAs what are you talking about? Max eats every thing with a butter knife, its more challenging that way, and the fork is just there for looks he doesn’t use it, at all, unless there is a stabbing opportunity .

Max is manly, which is why he eats raw beef and cuts it with a butter knife.
I figured he would have punched it into more easily chewed pieces, but I don’t hold it against him.

I didn’t notice that the steak was even rare until it was mentioned. But the first thing I noticed was:

Here I thought Max put sauce on the plate then placed the steak on top. And the way he’s holding the knife, it’s more like he’s making surgery, only snotty uptight people do that, with their pinkies stuck out shouting “pip pip” and what not.
If Max is going to eat, might as well hand him a biscuit and some tea.
