Also I have to compliment you, Jamie. I finally got my books, and I realized that unlike most webcomics, Fancy Adventures ACTUALLY reads like a COMIC! Kudos, good sir.

Well. The hackers want Jack to leave them be, and in return they won’t touch him or his family. Now MI says if he messes with the hackers, he’ll die.
It’s safe to say no one wants to have Jack fight the hackers…
Except maybe Max.

Wow, I’m kinda surprised he is only NOW afraid to die. Maybe he REALLY wasn’t taking the hackers seriously.
By the way, “Jack’s had a rough day”. Did this all happen in only one day? He’s had the fight and now is back from the “mini-coma” in one day? Asking just out of curiosity.

My guess? This is leading to the introduction of a different enemy or group of enemies. Always possible that Jamie was simply tired of the hackers, y’know. There’s really only so much you can do with reality-altering wimps. lol

I’m surprised none of you brought up a possibility of Angel causing the broken truce.
and as for main characters subject “The Fancy Adventures of Jack Cannon” I’m sure Jamie would have a ball rewiting and designing the website all for the sake of changing the lead character.

Inside man is going to trigger an accidental indirect assault from the hackers- likely in the benign form of his first hacker opponent (whose name currently escapes me) or the very deadly thread of the aformentioned transformed boy.
I cannot recall which of the two the “Agent” was requested to acquire. However I am anticipating the introduction of more M.I. agents with much enthusiasm.

Its a matter of quantity… he was hit with many lethal hacks and eventually fell into a coma. Every single one of those hacks would have been lethal by itself without his immunity.
