Just read every single page in one session. I love it! This is a good, funny comic, that’s also serious enough to have a good story. Sort of reminds me of the Ratchet and Clank games on the PS3, if you’ve played them or anything. Anyway, the art is really great, I love the characters! Still waiting to see if the plot twist I’m suspecting happens. Great comic, keep up the amazing work! π

It would be so awkward if noone was home, but I’m expecting Lipbite to be whacked, crunched, or pwned somehow, preferably by Jack’s mom + door.

I am also of the mentality that jacks mom will want him to fight the hackers. If jack can’t take them I’m inclined to say that jacks dad might step in, it seems like we’ve been building him up. We don’t know his past but he was a fighter just like his mom, I would guess that to be how they met. He doesn’t seem to fight anymore and I’m pretty sure he wants a peaceful life for jack, as opposed to whatever mom seems to have envisioned. If he intervened when jack was on the brink of death it would be because of that difference in parental views. (For some reason I get the vibe that he was more of a street thug than mom, who seems to be some manner of ninja currently working as a body guard. Could they have met on opposite teams? sounds like a fun story and would open up a separate skill set for dad.) (For some reason I never seem to be able to keep these comments short, I just get so excited where fancy is involved.)

Then Grin will have to come up with a plan ‘C’… while everyone else in quaking in fear.

Gangler has a good point. As for Jack’s dad wanting a peaceful life for Jack that’s likely got to do with Jacks dead brother whose death has something to do with the company Max works for. Maybe Jacks dad and the brother used to work for them.
