Yeah – your people, not you, though. You left rather voluntarily and peacefully. I wouldn’t say you get a complete free pass – you were complicit for a while – but I wouldn’t expect the same treatment as the rest.

Mind wipes, yeah – for an organization of mostly kids goofing around with godmode cheats. Kids who have time to build a life independent from the absolute clusterfuck Gavin’s little club turned into. Sarah’s quite possibly the only hacker to have displayed real restraint, so exercising the same in dealings with her is only reasonable even aside from her eventual desertion. She might be the only one of Gavin’s circle who can be trusted with the power she holds.
