Nothing improvised about THAT knife. Looks to be a military man-killing design..

You can still improvise in how you use it. It confuses the cops if you kill them with one of the blunt parts of the blade…or the hilt…
In Pathfinder you can also use that tactic if you are an improvised weapon specialist. She’s more like an everything weapon specialist though.

She was probably planning on slicing Knife Quarterly into quarters, and probably knows more than it anyway already.
And Jack could be an editor, except he’s too busy getting something other than knives getting thrown at him….much to his annoyance.
