Well, the possibility I see is that Adrian was still alive and she knocked out Tom so she could kill Adrian and tell MI that she was the one that saved Tom’s life and get in their good graces…. either that or Tom’s face-smash is the cause of that significant puddle of blood, but then I don’t know why she would have to knock Tom out.
Actually, she may have tried to escape, only to get caught again in the second scenario I offered… though she has been shown to easily outdo anyone but Tom, so that’s a slim chance.

I just realized, Adrian wasn’t bleeding before was he? I guess Lilly had to finish him off. Must’ve been rough.
